Cafe Cimmento opened its doors in January of 2006. After the cafe opened, George Mager and his son, Jonathan realized the need for expansion due to their ever growing popularity. Two years later, they expanded the restaurant and tripled the seating capacity. Jonathan Mager, attended the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute and will serve up dishes you won't find anywhere else, including  his fresh made mozzarella cheese.
